Check-in, check-out and visit submission each record a GPS fix, and that fix is evaluated against the customer's geo-fence. The result has three states rather than two — verified, unverified, or unknown where there is no fence, no fix, or an accuracy radius wider than the fence itself — and the radius in force is stored with the record, so an old result stays readable after a fence is edited. Verification never blocks a submission: a rep in a basement clinic still files their report, and the flag is what their manager reviews.

Connections go through the REST API, which the higher plans include, alongside bulk CSV import and data export for both masters and transactions. We do not ship a pre-built connector for a named ERP or CRM — tell us what you run during scoping and we will tell you plainly whether the API covers it rather than after you have signed.

Pharmyzo holds no patient records. What it stores is information about healthcare professionals, chemists, stockists and your own employees. Each customer's data lives in its own isolated database, privileged actions are written to an append-only audit trail, nothing is hard-deleted, and backups are continuous and encrypted to storage in the same region. For certification and residency questions — ISO 27001, SOC 2, or data held in a particular country — ask during scoping, so the answer you get is precise rather than general.
