Built to be trusted with regulated data
Pharmaceutical sales data is commercially sensitive and, in parts, regulated.
One tenant cannot see another
Every organization is a separate tenant with its own users, hierarchy, entitlements and billing.
The audit trail is append-only
Privileged actions — provisioning, suspension, role changes, plan changes — are written to a log that has no update or delete path.
Nothing is hard-deleted
Deleting marks a record deleted and hides it; the row stays and can be restored.
Backups are continuous, not nightly
Every committed write is streamed off the server to object storage within seconds, and the database can be restored to any point in the retention window — not just to last night.
Restores are rehearsed
Recovery runs as a routine drill against the live backup stream: restore to a scratch copy, verify integrity, count rows.
Hosted in the EU, on dedicated hardware
Served from Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany, with backups in the same region.

There is no self-service signup, and that is deliberate: a tenant's hierarchy and entitlements are set up once, and getting them right beats getting them fast.

We walk through your divisions, reporting tiers and the modules you need, and confirm whether Pharmyzo fits before anyone signs anything.

Provisioning
Your organization is created with its plan, hierarchy, module entitlements and first administrator. Guided, and typically same-day.

Your administrators add divisions and users against the seats your plan includes. Existing masters can be bulk-imported from Excel or CSV.
FAQ
Questions we get asked first
Is our data separated from other companies?
Each company is a distinct tenant with its own users, hierarchy, entitlements and invoices, and data access is scoped to the tenant on every request. There is no shared view across organizations other than the platform administration console, which we operate and which is fully audited.
Can we use only the reporting tiers we actually have?
The default hierarchy is HO → AGM → ZSM → RBM → ASM → MR, and you enable only the tiers your company uses. A flat structure of head office and reps is a valid configuration.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the plan, the number of field seats and the billing cycle — monthly, quarterly or annual. We quote against your headcount rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most companies, so the scoping call comes first.
Where is our data stored?
On dedicated infrastructure in Falkenstein, Germany, with continuous encrypted backups to object storage in the same region. If your procurement requires India-resident data, tell us during scoping — it changes the deployment, not the product.
Can we get our data out?
Data export is available as a per-organization capability, and higher plans include REST API access. You are not locked in by design.
What happens if we cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the paid cycle and is not renewed. Before it closes you can export your data. See the refund and cancellation policy for the specifics.
