Terms of service

The agreement under which a pharmaceutical company subscribes to a Pharmyzo tenant.

What it will cover

• Who the contract is between, and how a tenant is provisioned.
• Subscription plans, field seat counts, and how seats are counted against a plan.
• Billing cycles — monthly, quarterly and annual — and payment terms.
• The customer's responsibilities: administrator accounts, user conduct, and the accuracy of the data they record.
• Acceptable use, and the grounds on which a tenant can be suspended.
• Service availability, support response expectations, and planned maintenance.
• Ownership of customer data, and the export available on the way out.
• Term, renewal, cancellation, and what happens to a tenant after it closes.
• Liability, indemnities, governing law and dispute resolution.
